Our current Quality Management System for the 'Manufacture and assembly of thermoplastic injection mouldings' has been assessed and registered by NQA against the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008

LVS Small Plastic Parts remain flexible and adaptable to customers requirements with regards to quality and have a culture of striving for continuous improvement.

In the first quarter of 2010 we have installed a new co-ordinate measuring machine and invested in further training.  This new facility enables us to provide full SPC when required.  To meet the requirements of many blue chip companies we are familiar with PPAP and ISIR requirements. 

We constantly strive for a zero defect environment and our ppm is generally well below are competitors.
